Oh my goodness. I feel like this engagement was the most anticipated one of 2018. Let me explain…
Poor Lauren has been dreaming of this since she got engaged. We had her and Brian’s engagement session planned for I believe June this year and due to the rain we had to reschedule a handful of times. Lauren and Brian were even the “bride and groom” models for my styled shoot in August, still not having their engagement session photographed yet! But lo and behold we finally had a picture perfect day for Lauren and Brian’s session.
I actually met Lauren and Brian back at Becca and Mike’s wedding at de Seversky Mansion. Brian was one of the groomsmen and fortunately for me once Lauren and Brian became engaged they reached out to me. Lauren and I immediately became friends. I can always count on to her to “like” on one of my photos or DM me when something is reallllly good. I knew we had to have the perfect day for her and Brian’s engagement session. Lauren and Brian decided on Long Beach since that is where they had some of their first dates and enjoy spending time together. The overcast evening created the most beautiful soft lighting we could have ever asked for, filled with pastel skies. The sun may have hidden from us but we truly had a gorgeous evening on the water. And those props! My girl loves Pinterest! Seriously the hat was absolutely adorable, champagne and Tiffany flutes (yes please) and that green bicycle. Oh my!
