How did I spend my Labor Day? Photographing Veronica and John’s amazing “end of summer” engagement session! I have known Veronica and John for a few years now and have been waiting (patiently) for this engagement and was so honored when they selected me to be their photographer! Originally we were set to shoot later on this week, but noticed that Labor Day was the only nice day. Needless to say it was crunch time and in a matter of a few short hours we met at Planting Fields right before the gates closed and captured some beautiful photographs! Veronica looked absolutely beautiful in her flowing navy floral dress, which surprisingly was not the original dress she had planned for. Of course, as always, her hair was on point and her smile was so radiant every time she looked at John. John kept me laughing the entire session and created some impromptu photo sessions for himself which will be saved for the outtakes. I cannot wait to head back to Planting Fields in January to photograph their wedding pictures before heading to Veronica’s dream venue, Carlyle on the Green. Love you guys!
