Remember these two from their incredibly cold and windy Port Jefferson engagement session? What a difference in weather, let me tell you! Megan and David’s wedding this past weekend was an absolute dream. David had told me before him and Megan even got engaged that they wanted to have their wedding at his uncles house in Saint James. This house was incredible with huge windows letting in gorgeous natural light and overlooking the water. My favorite thing about these two is that they love to laugh and have fun with each other. Their smiles are contagious and you just want to be around them. They also brought their fur baby along, Callie, who enjoyed swimming in the pool and running around the yard during the reception. I also loved how the bridal party was dressed – the guys wore button down shirts with bow ties and suspenders while the ladies were in an adorable tank top and flowing skirt set. It really tied in the “backyard wedding” feel and looked amazing (and comfortable)! Megan’s best friend growing up was the officiant and the ceremony was so heartfelt, warm, and of course filled with a few laughs. As the reception started the sun was setting right over the bluff and became a beautiful backdrop for photographs before dancing the night away. Here are just a few of my favorites from their day. Cheers!
