What a way to kick off the tropical festivities! We flew into Punta Cana early Wednesday morning, went to bed nice and early, and woke up at 5:00 am Thursday morning to catch the sunrise with Lauren and Tom! Once we realized the sunset was on the opposite side of the hotel we knew we wanted to grab a sunrise session before the wedding. If you know me, I hate waking up before 8:00 am so this was huge and unbelievably worth it! We caught some golden hour sunlight hitting the turquoise blue Caribbean water, and that purple sky – it really was incredible. This was also the first time Lauren and Tom had nice weather for photos. Their engagement session was brutally cold, their New York wedding had torrential down pours, and their sunrise engagement session was absolute perfection. Just wait until you see the magic we created during their Dominican Republic wedding!
