Kerri & Anthony’s Wedding! | Larkfield Manor, East Northport, New York

What did everyone do for St. Patrick’s Day? I was photographing Kerri and Anthony’s beautiful wedding out in Northport. The day started at Kerri’s family home where we had such beautiful window light in the bedroom and this cool stone fireplace in the backyard to shoot all of the details. There were so many details that incorporated the Irish heritage – Kerri’s green earrings, her claddagh necklace, the green jewels inthe bouquet, and of course the green bridesmaid dresses. Not St. Patrick’s Day related, but I did love the Harry Potter reference on the bottom of Kerri’s shoes (if you didn’t know already, I have a cat named Severus) Kerri looked absolutely beautiful in her lace sleeve dress – I kept thinking she looked like a winter Queen with her gorgeous blue eyes especially when standing in the snow out front. Before heading out to take portraits Kerri was given her grandmothers wedding album. I too was very close to my grandmother and can complete relate to the flood of emotions she had while looking at it.

The ceremony was held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seten Church in Ronkonkoma. Kerri’s adorable nieces were wheeled down the aisle (they totally stole the show) before Kerri walked down with Mom and Dad. After Kerri and Anthony exchanged vows we head on over to the Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport for some bridal party and bride and groom portraits. As we walked the grounds we had that nice winter golden light over the trees. It was just perfect. Like I had said about their engagement session, Kerri and Anthony are so great in front of the camera I cannot believe they hate taking photos!

Kerri and Anthony’s reception was held at Larkfield Manor in East Northport. Each table had Irish soda bread (of course) and beautiful floral arrangements by James Cress. As always Dortoni made a cake that was (almost) too beautiful to eat! Guests had a great time dancing the night away thanks to LI Sound. I am so happy to have been a part of Kerri and Anthony’s wedding day and wish nothing but the best for them in the future! Here’s to you guys! Cheers!
